Lightboxes are ideal for treating Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD), also known as "winter depression." Two 55-watt full-spectrum bulbs provide a powerful 10,000 lux, which is much brighter than standard indoor light. Electronic ballast reduces EMFs and provides flicker-free light.
