Rebounders are a fun way to exercise while offering a variety of health benefits! The Hard Bounce model has a firm bounce and is also suitable for people over 300 lbs. Made of a sturdy, flexible plastic material called Permatron, attached to a heavy-grade steel frame with 36 durable springs made of high-grade wire. Legs fold under for storage under the bed or behind a door.

Measures 40" Diam. x 10"H with black or bright-blue mat. Comes with spring lubricant and a dual DVD: "The Immune System," an exercise demo and lecture on the rebounding-immune system link by rebounding expert Albert Carter; and "Bounce Before Your Jump," with rebounding exercises demonstrated by Linda Brooks.
