This hand-held light therapy unit has 15 diodes: five infrared, which stimulates deep tissue; three red, for tissues and cells closer to the surface; three green, designed to support the bio-electromagnetic field that surrounds the body; one yellow, to activate the lymph and stimulate the sensory and motor nervous system; and three blue lights, which are activated in a separate setting. The Pain-X is useful for soft-tissue injuries, arthritis and other joint problems; and for reducing pain. This unit is officially sold for animal use due to the extensive costs of requirements to meet FDA clearances. Operates on AC adapter. Comes with 66-page booklet and carry case.
