Return Policy If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receipt. (see below for exceptions to the return policy). Please call us first for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Merchandise must be in good condition with the original box, parts and instructions. We will issue a refund within three business days of receiving the item. Refund will be in the original form of payment: credit card, PayPal, or check. You can also choose to receive a credit toward another purchase. We suggest that you send merchandise via UPS, Priority Mail with delivery confirmation, or other traceable method. Expensive items should be insured.
Due to credit card fees, we charge a restocking fee of 3% on returned items. We also reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee if the item is not in good condition or is missing parts. Austin imposes a $25 restocking fee on returns of its air filters (unless defective). A few other items have separate restocking fees, which are noted in the individual product descriptions. Please note that shipping charges are not refunded unless the item is defective. If you receive a defective product and would like a replacement, please call us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
The following items are not returnable: Supplements, coconut oil, toothbrushes, masks, books, DVDs, magnetic pet pads, Mu Metal, RF Shielding Foil, Total Shield Agricultural units, and closeout items.
